i'm lvl 75 with 13 aa's- as the title says. where can i do some good solo'ing? my gear is mostly average- nothing fancy at all. i'm looking for a spot or mayby 2that i can grind out ALOT of aa's. right now i'm thinking about camping the farm in dsh but that means grouping- is that a better idea than solo'ing? alsowhich petfor solo'ing the warrior or rogue?
thanks
shissar snakes in katta (http://www.necrotalk.com/showthread.php?t=8470). i made up to 7 aa per 30 minutes there solo with the 2 quests.

I was able to kite bears in Icefall for a while. The area outside of the minotaur fort in Dragonscale Hills is a pretty decent camp and you can get the kill 10 mission for an extra AA point with them. Also you could probably do ok in Loping Plains killing Orcs and Worgs. I was getting about 45ish% AA xp per kill on those. At 76 I am still getting 35%-37% per kill. I get the kill 10 wereorcs and the kill 20 wereorcs missions and do them at the same time. Not pushing too hard and grouped for a couple hours between the SOF solo and group missions and kiting in loping plains I pulled off 36 AAs in a days play.

you may want to try atikii, i was there working on my pet illusion clicky and was getting an aa every 2 or 3 kills at that level

Atikii or Loping Planes are both good

DSH Farm -can- be really good at 75, but yeah that means grouping and it is only really worthwhile for exp purposes if you have a high dps group. My experiences at the Farm tell me that you can almost always fill a group up at the Farm, but you might not always have the dps you need to get good exp/hour.
Never did Katta myself, but alot of people swear by it.
If I were in your position, I might just get Encroaching Darkness and kite the worgs nearest the taskgiver in Loping Plains. Plenty of mobs to keep you occupied and you don't lose any time running/gating to the taskgiver every 20 kills. Fangbreaker faction is not really useful to us, but the added exp from the task ( little less than one AA per @ 85 ) helps. Huge area to kite around in also, and the guards won't assist. Good area to practice kiting multiple mobs as well, since you will usually get at least 2 per pull.

So, worgs are soloable at 75/76 level? I've been doing the Katta snakes and am "fairly" happy with the results, but it isn't anything compared to the Icefall Spider Camp at level 70! Nice thing about the Greenhouse is that due to my time difference here in Japan, I can almost always get in and tear them up. I've gotten to the point now where I can clear all but 1 or two from the Greenhouse before repops, so that is extra nice.

Yeah, I moved from Icefall spider camp to Loping to do worgs when I dinged 74. Everything conned red at that point, and was 100% doable. I recall wishing I had made the move sooner as exp in Icefall was getting pretty thin @ 73.

Nice. I'll have to give it a try. Just hope the area isn't super camped like most other XP Hotspots!

thanks so much, i will try the spot in LP, i like getting the extra exp from tasks- everything helps at this point. i also got 5 aa's in about an hour grouped in LP last night- and we could have done better with more mobs to pull. the farm can be hard to get the right dps for but when it all lines up its good, but still not as good as it was around 70.

Between the Orcs and Worgs and the Alligators in Loping Plains, there are so many camps to choose from. They are all over the zone in groups. It's almost as if SOE designed it well or something.

You can also do Fort Mech near the Zepplin and the Gyrospyres. Just watch out 'cause some mobs on the Gyrospyres summon.

isn't fort mech much harder than LP in just about every way? i thought those mobs were more resistant, had more hp's, and hit harder, and as you said some summon even- is fort mech worth the additional risk? one of the gators in LP takes around half my mana pool to kill and they resist snare very often, how do you think that would compair to fort mech?
thanks for all the responses to this post

If the gator's take half your mana pool the gyrospires would take all for one. Also only clockworks with shock in the name summon (in the instances anyways). LP is prolly your best bet till moving to Hills of Shade.

I didn't see any summoners in Fort Mech but one in the Gyrospires. There's a lot of open spaces for kiting in FM but the one spot I found to have enough was under a huge circular platform on the far side of the U-shaped zone, right next to a Zepplin. No mobs wander under the platform and there's enough mobs to pull until repops. But you'll get an occasional add due to placement.
Loping Plains and Hills of Shade make good places but I never see anyone in Fort Mech and if there's one thing I hate are zones with soloable XP worthy mobs just sitting around begging to be smacked around.

Try going to Atiki and killing bugs for a while. There is also a bug killing quest that might get you some extra XP and faction, but I don't have the details in front of me.
