Title says it all --- is the sturdy companion AA's fixed yet? Last Fall they were not giving any benefit.

It works, but the values need to be larger, I think. It's on my list of things to do as soon as I get time.


On other things I've brought to his attention needing a fix, he always sent me a follow up PM if he made changes. So I am guessing he never got the time to tweak this. I've also kept a close eye on the test server patch messages, and nothing there.

No

Fortify companion has 6 levels of AA and is found under the Archtype tab. Sturdy Companion has 3 levels and is found under the Class tab, this AA line was introduced with SoD.

I'm guessing that's a no. Wish I would have read this prior to buying the AAs.

Bumping an old thread since I have not read / heard anything about this AA... Is it working now? I have 3 of 6 at the moment, don't want to waste any more AA's if it's not working :)

Thank you very much! Had not seen that post :) Seems like a lot of AAs to put into to get a small gain, but I guess I need to get them if I want to make my pet tougher :p

You have a lot of room to make yourself tougher first, it would serve you better than pet AAs

Some I see just glancing at his AA list are General Sturdiness, Natural Durability, Planar Power, Armor of Wisdom, Shield Block, CA and CS. Also don't under estimate the usefulness of having the Gate AA. It makes a great, 'oh shit', button.

I'm biased against my pet though. I quit worrying about his tanking abilities a long time ago. My pet AA will be last on the list pretty much.

Yes, I have long ways to go to max out CA, CS, Shield block, and HPs... I am trying to get the pet tougher so I can "molo" tougher things with him tanking. I do not see myself getting anything higher than EM4 in the near future, so was trying to get the "best" tank I can (yes, I know he can't tank better than a good tank, or even a bad tank! lol). Will probably alternate some of my defensive AAs, with some of his :p Thanks for the info everyone! :)
