is 69.1 broken? anyone done lately?

hi,

playing a 65 necro on Mayong and have a 70 shaman in group and a 70merc. i cant get the guy in corathus to respond to me. anyone done this lately?

i "tried" for 2 hrs to get the note in stoneroot near the hive entrance thinking maybe that was the problem, is that the right spot?

is this still good experience by 2009 standards ya think?

I did it about a month ago or so...maybe a tad more. It was working fine then.

Have you ever done it before on the characters that you are trying to request it on? If not then you'll have to have someone get it for you or get the note from stoneroot, which drops off drachnids if I remember correctly.

I'd say that'd be awesome experience for those levels even now. Probably more so considering the difference in gear these days.

It is most likely the mercs. We are having a bug on Test with mercs and the server check for people in group in regards to missions. It was borked with the MM fix they added in last week. I guess the bug is on Live now too. Sklug says they are aware of it, and are trying to figure it out.

nope ive never done it before with either "real player" thats in group

i couldnt find the note, any advice on good spot? or is it just any drachind in stoneroot falls zone? i hope its not the merc bug.i really wanted to play in there some

I've seen it drop a lot off the dracnids outside the wall, you might also check Bazaar once in a while, the book is tradable. It can't be the merc bug if you've never turned in the book before or had someone else get the mission and completed before... you aren't flagged for it until then.

I don't think the merc bug has moved live yet, I used a merc for my 3rd person to get a task last night.
