Alteration PERIOD. If you let anything else get above 50 before this you are in deep kimchi. Evocation would be second as our nukes are Evok, but Alteration is the king here. No doubt on that at all.

Conjuration is good for pets, but you shoudl only conjurer then once or twice a night. Specialization reduces mana used and fizzle. You want teh most cast function to take over. Me I just turned all specialization on at the same time and let the most used win. Alteration got to 75 before anyone else got near 50.
