Hello all, I am a very slow leveler and I have beenw anting to level faster now that I am actualley in reach of the top level. 55 was the worst level ever, was there for 2 to 3 months and 56 and 57 were both time consuming, lookign back alll I dad for those 3 levels was agro kite 3 tree....I DESPISE 3 TREE!!!! so now I am 58 and have herd alto of talka bout both PoS frogs, and PoN gargs. only problem is, wich guide is right, PoN guide says they are better than frogs, Frogs guide says they are better than PoN Gargs, wich one is best. I ahve done both places, I did gargs for the last part of 57 and it was an easy camp, andjust went and solo'd a frog at 58 and it was easy but mana consuming, (not that gargs arent but I havent been back to them since I dinged and got pyro) so wich is best, and what is spell advice, like best line up for each? thanks alot, btw give me a yell if your on BB name is Nefarek

I like soloing in PoD for these levels.

Starting at about 58 rats and goes are easy as hell to kill and can get you about a level per 6hrs if done efficiently. It may take you awhile to get the hang of but they are easy, I prefer from zone in to follow left wall a ways until right past water and past that boulder thing there is a reasonably big smooth flat platform. I like to agro kite them there. Im pretty sure they made the pathing lame but when PoP had first came out they had made it so that when you feared the mob it would just walk along the wall hehe, talk about easy kiting. If you can still do that i recommend fear kiting otherwords there is plenty of room for you to agro kite


Once you get Funeral pyre (60) I reccomend soloing the top of PoD castle. What I did back in the day was load up both HS and Qvox then cast HS and begin running up the castle, about half way make sure you have outran alot of stuff and drop HS and cast Qvox, do it quick because if mobs are close they HT and that hurtses. Shouldnt take more then 2 or 3 seconds to had Qvox back up. Then you finish running to the top and upon leaving the stairs hang a right and another right and go all the way into the corner and FD. /q out to clear agro or just wait awhile. Get up, bind yourself there and go to the exact opisite side of the roof. There 2 Guardians to the crypt of decay spawn. They are easy to split and are easily agro kited with a pet just make sure that fat guy that drops the key doesnt agro you. If one of them gets ahold of you look out they can triple for like 400 :(. But there is plenty of room to agro kite just pull with snare/dot slap on a FP and splurt maybe sic pet and have a blast. These things can drop EP's for you and Are great exp until HoH guards. I used to get 4-6% AA exp per solo kill on them so they arnt to shabby AA either. If you ever need to leave just levant to zonein and then you can gate back so you dont have to rerun it all. that would just be a pain lol.

Thats how I did it anyway. Keep in mind this was almost a year and half ago (like october of 2002 lol) hope it works out for you.

At 55 I'm doing rats/goos/larvae and the occasional lightcrawler pest (even and yellow at 55).

Finally found a use for Scent of Terris. (1) good agro, (2) keeps me from wasting as much mana on resists.
