Twinking- Which robe should I get?

Hi, I am twinking a necro with about 275k plat on Emarr.. I just like to have fun and i dont like my monk anymore, go necros!. anyway, i was looking at 2 robes to start w/ from lvl 1.. Robe of Abrogation and Robe of Intellect.. Abrogation has Regeneration + 2 and Intellect has Spell Haste III.. Which one would benefit me more? Thank you for looking.

I would go with the Robe of Abrogation and get a Thick Netted Veil for the face which has the Spell Haste III and it's cheap. Atleast on The Nameless it's cheap, costing about 1100pp on average

items with focus effects > stats usually. however a lot of the focus effect items will have stats, so dont base your decisions solely on that. Hp gear never hurts. If you twink with INT, try to make sure that it also has Hps' and Mana. Above are two good robes to have, and a nice primary. If you have 250k, you have a range of variety to choose from, but careful, 250k + goes fast ;)
