To get this clicky with unlimited charges, I can quest the thurg robe, skyshrine robe, kael robe, or get the drop from PoG.
According to allakhazam, it drops from 3 named in PoG as well as a Rolling Plains Steed (http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=5339). Are these things soloable by a level 56 necromancer? I know they have high MR, but do they summon? How are adds in PoG?

I'd be extremely surprised if a 56 could solo any of the Robe dropping mobs, infact I'm just gonna go ahead and say no you cant.
Asside from simply not being able to kill the mob alone there are guardians that patrol the zone that make it extremely dificult since they have zone wide aggro.

When the Protectors of Growth (POGs) were broken we damn sure could solo rolling plane steeds, and anything else in pog except the named or things remotely close to the named. I zoned in recently to help retrieve a friends corpse (who went to help get his friends corpse, who helped to get his friends corpse) and it took me considerably longer then I had thought it would to kill those level 59 friggen POGs. They're resistent to darkness, too high level for fear, forget root, and they're fast. (gogo RS5) Anyway, I'm gonna go out on a limb after a 30min cr...where I killed a grand total of 6 mobs >< (time vs. kill ratio is better in pofire) and say no level 56 necros can't solo there anymore until SOE breaks the zone again(don't worry too much though the way things are going that should be ohh..../em checks his watch, ummmmm soon). It's too bad too, black saphires and the like drop alot there, and mid 50s necros could really improve their skill and bank accounts/gear there not all that long ago.

I didn't know about the PoGs and zone-wide aggro. :(
I guess it's time to make some friends and hit Kael.
