Right Click Snare and Fear

Hello there, I am very new to the Necromancer. I have a 65 Rogue that i have been playing forever. A freind told me there are, from Kunark i believe, right click snare and fear items. Anyone know what these are called or have links?

Epic is a clickable DoT with a snare componet, and there are some spider webs form velious you can buy for snare but they are used up..
