Please please please.... Could GMs visit the wonderful land of Sullon.

When a guildie asks how long before he gets a response to his peition, I want it to be a joke when I tell him several days.

I want it to also be a joke when I tell him his petition will be deleted several times before he gets a response.

I want it to be a joke when a GM does show up and the player has to explain the server rules to them.

I want it to be a joke that a guide hands out pie in one zone while refusing to deal with the hackers the very next zone over.

I want it to be a joke that if you petition as soon as you notice an item has pouffed in your inventory by the time you get a response it often is "We're sorry, too much time has passed for us to fix this"

I want it to be a joke that GMs do not understand that accounts are actually hacked on Sullon... not stolen, hacked for PvP team advantages.

When somone who has stolen your account is on it right now, I want to be able to contact a GM now, not in a few days.

When something stolen from your account is being sold on a trader in the bazaar right now, I want to be able to contact a GM now, not in a few days.

I want 'file a petition' to be removed from the vocabulary of every GM when speaking to someone on Sullon. There is nobody to receive these petitions!!!! I want to never hear that anyone was referred to their server GM again... since Sullon doesn't have one. Have I menitoned this yet?!

I want it to be a joke to say that talking to a GM is like talking to a wall when you do finally get one.
(Ask me for the logs of the convos I had with GMs when I got leadership of my guild because one day 200+ members were suddenly removed from the guild list. It's funny now to read how they don't pay the least atention to anything you say, but at the time, banging my head against the wall seemed the more favorable option. Me "I want to know who removed the members from my guild" GM "You have to petition to have the guild recreated." Me" You are misunderstanding. The guild was not disbanded. Who removed the members from my guild" GM "We cannot put the members back in your guild" and so on and so forth.)

Hrm... I feel better. Venting helps. Especially when most of this stuff at least hasn't happened to me yet. Yet....

GM's are horrible everywhere ive been petitioning once a week for a year and a half not about a corpse that rotted 4 days early got a responce once from a guide that said he cant do nothing wait for a GM haha yea i dont know why i still petition i have way better now that what i lost but its the thought that counts

Except there it's like, /petition the Ikaav event in barindu is bugged...the mobs aren't targettable at the end...

GM responds...my indication is that the event is working as intended.
/r but, then how do you get the quest components for progression that drop off those four big azz mobs over there staring at the wall? I can't cast on em, can't hit'em can't hail them.../rude don't work. Nothing works.

one of my fellow officers in my guild just got his account hacked, and his newly dinged 65 wizzie stripped/deleted.. /petition didnt do jack, soe wont do jack:(
therefore he has quit the game. It's really sad that peeps gotta do things like this in a game that is supposed to be fun and stuff. They could of maybe stripped droppables, "maybe" sacced him down or soemthing, but to delete evrey toon on the account, that is malicious. : /

lol, I think out of the guild there was 5+ petitions on his behalf, but that was my convo with her. She actually has a reg toon on the server I believe.

What, you mean Zenobya The Pie Lady hands out cake? I'd be horribly disappointed by that....

And even though Sullon is supposed to rule-less (which it is not, they have added quite a few in (like no same-team training, not that we typically listen to that), as well as basic ones like language and character names still apply) that's not what we need GM support with.

Game bugs still happen on Sullon, this has nothing to do with server rules, but you still need a GM to fix them. So when a No Drop item disappears in your bank account, or you get stuck to a boat for 3 days (as both happened to my guildies in the last two weeks) you need GM support. Although the poor guy stuck to the boat did at least amuse us to no end, so many people wandered over to try and help him, and we had a running tally in the guild motd of how long he was there too.

It's way harsh when GMs still seem to find time to erase people's surnames and give language warnings on accounts (stuff they don't have to talk to the player about and aren't answering petitions) but won't deal with larger issues like hacking, bugged players, or even mobs that can only be hit by a class that the evil team doesn't have (GoD).

The only thing on the list I had to deal with personally was the people removed from the guild issue. The rest all happened to people I know well... either guildies or people I know irl.

what i do is spam tells to jamlamin when i need a petition answered. hes the only GM to frequent sullon and is always not /who able. if you find him on he will usually be able to help ya tho

lol aye.. thats a big if. guides aer findable using /who but GMS can hide whenever however whyever they want.. and answer /petitions in teh same fashion :(

last week there was two situations with two different friends of mine..

1) a wizzie friend binded himself in front of rockhopper cave farming hides, camped out (or so he thought) in all actuality, he didnt camp out and got killed.. over n over n over again till he was lvl 58. (from 65) He petitioned GM's till they answered him, miraculously they gave him 100% xp back.. ding 65..

2) second, was my friend up there I mentioned bfore, he got hacked, deleted.. and so far nothing ;( but he made a new toon to do his /petition. So, we ll see here what happens.
