Wasn't sure where to put this, but only found 2 posts with Chronicler Cerro in it, and neither of them gave me info on what the PHers were ;) I read that he is on the 2nd level at the spiral staircase... Does that mean ON the 2nd level, at the base of the spiral staircase? Or on the 2nd level OF the spiral staircase. I killed everything on the 2nd level, at the base of the staircase for about 4 hours last night, didn't pop so I was wondering if I was in the right spot.
