I been currently running Sk, Bst, Necro (necro is my raiding main). When the RAF thing went live I played around with adding a bard to the mix. Got the bard up to 80 something then the 2 week thing expired.
I use to box Sk,Shm,Bst,Necro on my Bst account (this is my oldest account) I have a Mage,Mnk and Bst all lvl 90 or higher. All have at least 3k AA. 2 years ago I paid for my buddy to transfer then he changed his mind. SoE did not wanna refund my $50 then so instead they offered me a new account and a free transfer of any of my characters to the new account. At the time my necro was a play thing so I moved him.
Since VOA hit I been grouping with my best EQ bud (Wizard on his main) and an old guildie that happened to live down the street from me. In the past I was anti adding people to my group so I always 4+ botted. My buddy that lives down the street wants to play his Necro and his Shm. So when VOA hit I never got VOA for my Shaman account.
I am now thinking of moving the Necro BACK to the main account with the already bst/mnk/mag on it. Bst and Necro are my 2 favorite toons to play. Then add the bard in place of the bst old slot in the group. This will give my main Necro the 2x exp bonus and all the toons on that account. Since I will always have room for the bard now.
So group setup when friends on will be me botting Sk/Necro/Bard and Wiz/Nec/Shm, I am thinking the bards ADPS will out weight the loss of the Bst. Plus /twist is a hell of alot easier then mashing keys on the bstlord! And when feeling lazy I can have bard sing while I kite for RAF exp! Do you guys think I am crazy or does this sound like a good idea?
