Felwithe Guards

I heard that the guards in Felwithe are good exp and good loot at 55, so I checked it out and have to agree they are pretty good, but I'm having trouble finding the guards to kill without wandering around the entire city. Was wondering if anyone has any experiences they'd like to share or have any good guides on them.

Wait up front for roamers(2) to appear, kill fast.
Kill the two in front of bridge.
Kill the two behind the bridge.
DMF, follow zone wall up the left side to walk way, summon pet, run around this circle walkway till you kill the two roamers, dont go downstairs to find them, they will be roaming upstairs.
Go back to the front of bridge and wait for pops. The first two roamers you killed will pop in the front of the bridge. The two you had to use DMF to kill will also now pop in front of the bridge, after you kill the two that stand behind the bridge.
If you have the time, you can run to the back of the city and kill two more for a total of 10 kills.
Guards drop a sword that sells for 20p with cha mugs to vender everytime. Only problem is finding a vender to sell too after killing a few of the guards.

Can you pet tank these guards at 51? I have a 63 druid bot for healing POT9 regen DS etc.

Should I be able to cut through these things at a good rate?

Many thanks for the info, from both Crunch and Shan.

Patsfan, I use the 49 pet, Splurt, and E-Bolt/Bond of Death, so 51 shouldn't be too much of a problem at all. I use the 54 life flow spell to heal my pet, but since you got a druid for that, you should be fine. One thing you have to remember with these guards is that they are paladins, so they Lay on Hands themselves and heal with spells, so Splurt is simply great.

Tried this last night.

VERY easy. I think they layed hands like...once.

I cut right through them. However. Was there for 50 minutes, killing every guard I could find, even going into town with druid to pull and got like 6%


VERY SHITTY XP. Now, I'm 51 they were in fact DB to me, I am an Ikky but the XP penalty isn't supposed to be THAT high.

I'd like to know what others think about my shitty XP.

They nerfed the ZEM to this place in the attempt to stop the guard killings. Something they are trying to phase out on us agian. Which is also one of the reasons they put the incredibly hard to kill exterminator there. LOH is easy to take care of.....screaming terror. Its a bard trick, you mez them as they are starting to cast this. Interupts thier spellcasting when the dot ticks over breaking it resume your pet.

Nuke as needed, rinse, lather, repeat.

That guy never attacked me, however I was 62 when i did this for some quick cash. It was nice when the had the fabled stuff, cause they had a quest NPC there selling fireworks and giving quest for that fireword stick, she remained indifferent and I could sell to her, but now she's gone and I've got no place to sell, so this place sucks.

Aye, normal exp sucks. Putting 100% into AAs makes it about 1% per kill, but I'm just soloing here right now to make some cash. Damn spells start getting expensive.
