Lets go Fishing!

Ok, so I thought I understood how "Fishing" works so yesterday In a Tak adventure after both the SK and BL were unable to make good pulls (they pulled 4 mobs every time) I told my group to stand back and let me show them how a real puller does it (the goal being to pull a single). So I FD'd, sent pet in to attack and then spammed the Back Off key to bring him and 1 mob back into the room we were in. Unfortunately, he also brought 2 of his friends with him and boner ended up dying :( So what did I do wrong? Is there a specific technique to "Fishing" that I didnt understand? Someone please give me some expert advice!

Some mobs yell for assistance weather attacked by a pet or not. Most content does not. Unfortunantly they nerfed this on us when they did ldon's. To prevent what they consider a cheap way to pull. Youd be better off snare, fd pulling.

If you have pet FD you can prolly still make it work by having 'ol Goner FD as he gets back to camp. Usually the mobs will peel off and u can tag one.

Should have let the SK do that instead. His pets are cheaper so if it dies, no big deal...

Use your lvl 39 or 49 pet instead. The pet has to be green to the mobs in order for it to work from my understanding.

hmmm never heard about the green pet thing. As far as the pet FD command, its gonna be a loooooong time before i have the AA's for it hehe Thanks all for the input :)
