Top 8 DPS raid spells

I'm on a dps raid, e.g. Aerin`Dar. I can't make a pet. What are the best spells? DOTs?
Here is what I have atm:
1. Blood of Thule
2. Horror
3. Funeral Pyre of Kelador
4. Saryrn's Kiss
5. Dark Plague
6. Splurt
7. Devouring Darkness
8. Touch of Night

(I don't have the gates spells yet)

I love Neurotoxin for the shorter fights where running OOM isn't an issue. It's not nearly as mana efficient, but sure does get the damage down fast.

Invest in a Improved Damage IV item, and a pair of Ornate Silk gloves to improve the efficiency quite a bit. (20% cheaper with gloves, 20% more damage with ID4)

I am sure not many people have this spell in light of the whole GoD fiasco but Nightfire should definately be added to the list.

I have been drooling over this spell and I will probably never have it thanks to the wonderfull inaccesability of GoD content.

BTW ancient lifebane is awesome unless my math is wrong its actualy better efficiency then nuero. Rescently got it from TVK in VT and have been using it every clearing.

I checked Ancient Lifebane vs Neurotoxin.

Lifebane - cast time 6sec, damage 1050, cost 340 , ratio 3.09
Neurotoxin - cast time 6sec, damage 1300, cost 465, ratio 2.80

So Lifebane is more mane efficient but doesn't do damage as quickly as Neurotoxin. If you have the mana go for Neuro. If you don't go for lifebane. Both are alteration, and use the base poison resist with no modifiers.

Unless my math is wrong, Neuro with the ornate gloves or elemental gloves does more DPM than Lifebane. Is there a Lifebane focus I don't know about?

Just regular which is 20%. As I said though its what I use in VT any have gone through there know doesn't matter how much mana you have will be oom before TVK/AHR and most the others even die lol=) 1 mil hp+ sucks lol.

I went to this site where it had a Complete Necro Spell List (http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spelllist.html?classes=NEC&source=Live), i was just wondering, does anyone know a website like this that tells you where these spells drop? Ex. Horror and other spells like that i havent even heard of until i read this post and they seem quite essential.

Horror is from LDON in everfrost costs 640 or something like that www.squidbox.com/ldon has the info on it and other spells you may not see.

Nightfire drops off named mobs in various GoD trials and Ancient: Lifebane I believe drops of high end Luclin boss mobs.

Also, they have added a new spell turn in system for GoD spells where a token drops and you supposedly turn in the token for a spell. I have no idea how this works EXACTLY because I have yet to see a token and I cannot find the quest info on any EQ site. If anyone has any info on this please post it. :)

I got nightfire(before the rune change) off a Sludge-Eating Fly in the Sewers instance. I believe it was SNlair. Most GOD spells aren't out of reach agonie, you just need a good group...hell I got my last one with 5 people and the cleric had a 3800mana pool, I won't mention the 12k hps tank tho...

Sewers would be about the same difficulty, the vxed and tipt named would be harder.

oh yes those Vxed named mobs are nasty nasty mofo's. I used many EE's and dozens of coffins on my last foray into Vxed.
