Other than the obligatory butchering of the story and whatever the hell kind of accent Pitt was attempting... I thought it was a good bit of entertainment when taken on its own merits.

When I watched the movie I mostly ignored the Iilad until the end. The orginal story is better but straight up with no book the movie is still entertaining
