Hey fellow nec's could you possibly tell me what you think of my setup for my semi-twink I've been leveling lol, slowly becoming main #2. My first post in "Gear Up" so be easy :-) My main is a 65 Shaman but I also have some friends in Altered State on , a top guild on my server: Tholuxe Paells, who have alot of money they gave me, along with items. So, thing is my friend is still gonna give me like 80k more, and I would like to know what to get.... As you can see 80k is quite a bit for a nice uber item or like 3 normal ones and 2 great ones.

Planning on getting earring of solstice to replace crappy twisted bone....
Two robes I switch on and off are in backpack.
I know the Diamond Wedding ring has to go if I have 80k to spend.... :-p

Tell me what you think about a new ring instead of wedding diamond, till what level can Zlandi heart last me as a viable primary, and what robes to hang on to/or look forward to also is the sheild good past the requirement for a Tactician's Bulwark but that's on my main for now(so I could take it off him at a later date) ?

Actually it is easy to see that you are influenced by your experience as a Shaman and your gear reflects that.

Your gear for the most part is good for the level that you are at, just look for the following foci, and believe me they are worth replacing better pieces of equipment for:

Burning Aflliction (gives you an average of 10% damage per tick of your dots)
Affliction Efficiency (saves you 25% mana per cast of dot)
Affliction Haste (cuts cast time of dots by 30%)

Spell Haste and Mana Preservation are ok replacements of AH and AE but if you solo a lot you will really notice the difference and soon rather than later - you SHOULD get those foci.

* Edit * On close inspection you need to start making some equipment adjustmestments too. You are concentrating too much on Int for you necro. Start replacing every piece of gear that has no hp with HP > MANA > STA > INT. As long as you have over 200 INT you are going to be just fine.

It is kind of a mantra of necromancer's... go for good HP with a MANA/INT component. A necromancer's mana regen (you will notice a difference at 34 and a huge difference at 49) is incredible but relies on you having the HP to keep Lich up at all times - and hopefully not having to heal yourself too often.
