Skill cap

While I was making some spells for a few friends today, my research went upto 201. I asked my guild, and some people were kinda baffled, but it seems that the cap is now 250...and can be bought at GM to that point if you have the skill points lying around. I don't so it'a back to the old grind to research, but I just thought I'd share.

BiC = breakdown in communications quest.

The over-arching, compete & total PitA GoD quest. While I have no idea whether I'll ever get the thing completed, I'm going to try.

One of the sub-sections of the quest involves getting 10 keys to trigger a single-group event in the Riwwi Coliseum for a pretty nice reward if you get to the 9th & 10th waves of the event. (which has proved completely doable for our group of non-elemental 65s with a decent amount of AA on them.. we've done it for my guildleader)

I have 6 of the 10 keys to trigger my event now, but one of the remaining 4 I need can only be gotten with high Yunjo faction and 151+ in begging. So I tossed my remaining skill points into begging figuring WTH else will I be needing them for....

About the skill cap - most people are a bit suspicious it is a bug. It wasn't announced in any patch, it can only be trained over 200 at certain trainers, and there have been reports of Sense Heading and Specialize going over 200 since this was discovered. So altogether I'm sitting here with my fingers crossed, not really sure if I should be hopeful or not.
