Unholy Final Task

Alrighty, this quest is for all you fine blue dark elfs necros looking for a descent primary or secondary.

1. Go to Neriak 3rd Gate to the necro guild.
2. Find an NPC named Talorial D`Estalian and have a nice chat with him about how worthy you are he'll give you stuff for the DE necro newb armor quest and talk about that. Then he'll say something about a final task.
3. You say "I am ready to be tested" and he gives you a 4 slot container.
4. Go to the Graveyard in Nektulos (near Lavastorm entrance) and kill undead stewards and loot tome pages 1 - 4
5. Once you loot all 1 - 4 put em in the container and hit combine... voila a descent item.

Not the best item but descent considering its a very easy and quick quest. I used it long after i stopped using the other newb armor quest items.

I am pretty sure there are quests like this for humans, gnomes, euridites and iksars too, but I am a dark elf so i dont know them heh

The Writ of the fallen is without a doubt the best newbie armor or final task of all classes. No other classes/races have something similar, we Teir'Dal are priviledge to have it. I know some necromancers who still use it in their 30th and 40th seasons (not everyone is a big twink or buy pp on the net). It IS a good book and looks cool also, gives credibility to a necromancer especially if you have a harvester in your primary.

The graveyard that you are speaking of, Emperson, is called the Ultricle, the Undead Stewards are a fast spawn and the pages are easy to get, no one of them are rare. This quest can be attempted solo around the 9th season since the stewards are level 9-12. Very good experience at the same time and the hunt easy with our 8th level ward undead spell and the locate undead first level spell :D

I still carry mine in the bank because I was so proud to obtain it, that I will NEVER part with it.

Drayln, I too am on Torv. If you ever need assistance, just ask. 217 in Research and should be 220 soon, well, soon enough. I only charge > lvl 50 for combines, hey, they can afford it.

I did this quest.. I love the item, and yes, it is an easy quest, but BORING.. it took forever for the 2nd page to drop.. I spent like 2 hours camping the stewards.. luckily I was the only one in the zone at the time.. no competition.. hehe. On the up side, I got about 5 stacks of bone chips and 2 stacks of zombie skins while I was camping! Definitely worthwhile if you're willing to put in some time.
