levelling 16-20

I am currently a level 15 necro and this is my first character. Where are some good places to level solo between 16-20. Preferably places that give some good loot as I am a bit cash strapped.

from 16 to 25 i solo'ed paludal caverns its such a great zone for all classes grouping or solo
