I've been looking through Neriak forgien quarter for people like Jacker and Mrak and im not finding them where thy're suuposed to be. Are they still in the game or no? Ie. like Bregna is where Jacker is supposed to be

Try using find (control + F) in the zone. B) Finds most NPCs in the towns in my expierence.
