Spell changes in patch?

Have any spell changes been made (in terms of mana, pve resist, dmg...)

I know mages recieved a change to a few of their spells. So there are changes hidden in there, somewhere heh.

14500 is number of changes i heard from lucy think it was some PvP changes to all spells.
