OK, I've been to planeofhateb like 5-6 times in the last 2 weeks. I don't see a 2nd tier, or a 3rd tier..or any damn tiers at all. The mobs do seem to get a tiny bit harder over the bridge... but it's not like going from poj to pov. Where are these tiers? Is spite golem tier one and vengence golem tier 2? I was looking for the stairs the first time I was there(few months back). I just don't see tiers...the names change, but it doesn't really get harder...so my question is:

The tiers are levels of difficulty. Like droga.
If you look on the map that is floating around here somewhere (or maybe on the other necro board) the tiers are clearly marked, and the mobs get more difficult as you move to higher tier areas.

Not sure why someone called them tiers when they could have used areas, zones, levels of difficulty or any number of other more descriptive phrases :)

Ok, here is the skinny on Hate, since I have spent more time there than Innoruuk.
The tiers are related to the Marsinger Gems...Tier one gem, tier two, etc.

The drops for said gems are what make them tiered. Right now, they seem to be slightly bugged, with the cleric and knight class second tier ones not dropping ever.

Wow.. that would explain a lot.. any idea if/when SoE is addressing this? *stifles a very very cynical comment*
