The Grey
How to get there:
From the Nexus go in the Netherbian Lair. Go straight until you reach the crossroad. Turn right and zone in Marus Seru. Once in the zone, exit the building and hugh the zone line to your right. You will eventually see a hole on the wall with boulders all around it. Go in the tunnel. Once in Mons Letalis, to straight to location 1400, 0. It's easy to miss the entrance, so be vigilant. Be aware, before entering The Grey you need a Enduring Breath device or Dead Man Floating.
Needed spells:
FD, Screaming Terror, Splurt, Deflux, ShadowBound, Thrall of Bones, Augmentation of Death, Vexing Mordinia
Preparation:
Cast on yourself Manaskin and Shield of the Magi. Also, make sure you refreshed DMF before entering the zone (if you needed it).
Dangers:
The zone is full of traps. Watch the little white mysts on the ground. Those are worm traps. Also, don't go too close to rocks. A Rock Fiend may come out of it. The later mod are immune (or highly resistable) to fire base spells and have tons of hps.
Description:
Once in the zone, go straight and left a little bit. You should see ruins with a bunch of Iksar Skeletons (1000, -1000). Try to spot an Undying Iksar. Charm him with Thrall. You should get 2 adds once your charmed him. Mez 1 and order your pet to attack the other. Buff him with Augment and watch his health. Heal him and life tap if needed. By the time you get to the other Skel your pet should around 80-90% health. Kill the remaining skel.
If the charm breaks, cast ST on him and re-charm. Don't get too close to him, this bad ass has triple attacks of 170dmg!
Refresh Manaskin if needed. Go west and hug the wall going north. You will eventually reach a pond with giant skeletons around it. This is the spot. Sun Revenant are lvl 55 and can't be mezzed or feared. Even if your pet is lower in level he can melee them if buffed with you has a backup healer / dmg dealer. Each Sun Revenant can be single pulled. I personnally use Splurt for that matter.
I was usually getting 1% xp per kill at lvl 58.
