I recently bought a stein of moggok, and it says something like light healing will heal between x and y points of damage. How do you get this to work? Is this what is called a proc?

Okay here's a quick runthrough on item "powers"
If it says the word "CHARGES" and then a number, thats how many times you can use the item for it's effect. In example of Stein of Moggok it has a light healing effect with 3 charges.
In order to use an item you must either equip it or have it in an open inventory slot (depending on the item) and then right click it.
Damage and Healing spells raise with levels, therefore your lifetap may tap 124 points of damage at one level and do 132 points of damage at the next level.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, on to the next part.
Items come with focus effects of I, II, III, IV
Lets take EE (Extended enhancement)
EE I works on spells up to level 22
EE II works on spells up to level 44
EE III works on spells up to level 60 (*not SURE one this one*)
EE IV works on spells up to level 65.
So when you're out there and you see someone casting EE II KEI (which believe me I've seen), it will last "NO" longer than a KEI cast without the EE (because KEI is a level 60 spell)
