Level 16 focus death

Where can i find the level 16 necro spell focus death, i have tried the NPC's selling spells in Neriak, POK but I cannot find it for sale

Focus Death (lvl 12) is found in Echo Caverns on Luclin, the zone in is off of Shadowhaven. The vendor is Horal Deathdealer, I couldn't get a map, allakhazam's wasnt working for me, neither was eqatlas, but both of those sites have maps for Shadowhaven (where to find the zone) and Echo Caverns (where the vendor is).
