Looking for exp at LVL 55 any ideas??

I have been Hunting in LDON(BB), POJ,POI,POD,PON,and kc. I was wondering if there was any different places thats good for EXP, especialy for soloing I'm working on earning some AA's. also this is my first post -

at 55 you could handle the Grey, ME hate camps or ME undead camps, it is possible the lower level undead in Veksar near the zone in before the underwater tunnel you would do ok on. not sure on that one. Any of those places are decent XP for a few levels with some of them having a chance to drop items to sell or possibly upgrade your gear dependent on what you have. Hope that helped.

Can't solo this stuff yet, but I've fallen in love with the Plane of Valor. There's almost always a kiting group at the Outter camp near the Razorfiend tunnels, shouldn't be too terribly difficult to get in the kite grp at 55 (I did).

Mobs are red thru lvl 59, great xp. Only thing better imho is a Valor melee group, since they almost always kill the golems and fiends faster than a kite group can. That being said, every time I've been in a fiend or golem melee group I get turned into a battery with no xtra mana for more than 1 DoT per mob.

There may very well be better xp, but I've not found it. And unlike LDoN the grp tends to hang together for more than 90 minutes hehe.

Loot in Valor sux btw. Razorfiends drop parchments fairly often, and the golems have Metallic Liquid drops that sell great to jewlers, but they're rare enough to make me spit sometimes (I have yet to win a roll on the liquid).

For AA pre- BoT no place is better than Valor. Can easily get 1 AA per 1.5 - 2 hours. Not quite BoT xp but nothing to sneeze at either.

55-59:

LDoN (good xp AND loot) I allways left a dungeon group with at least 100 plat

tier 2 planes...wait till your 59...just too risky and people will tend to pass you up for someone higher level.

PoD is a god place to group you can also solo the flies by the zone line.

At 59 I went to valor and got a group 90% of my spells stuck and we flew. I got real lucky because the group stuck together for about 2-3 hours. I got half way through 59 by doing that!

oops...forgot to mention...in terms of AA just get run 3 and wait till post 62-many say 65 to get AA

Asside from LDON, there is a great place in Dulak. there 5 boats(all different named boats). when you zone in just follow the right wall invised and then you go out on a peir and up a lil ramp onto the boat, i belive the boats get progressivly harder as go from west to east from boat to boat. But on the first 2 boats about 50% of the mobs were light blue to me at 55 and others were dark blue. I went onto the 3rd boat and 80% of the mobs were dark blue to me. All the mobs are easy single pulls. The statagy i used was I would clear off the docks with rouge pet and just add alot of DD to kill them quik since pet is weak tank. then when i got to the boat i would pull with darkness, sick pet(without taunt on) and when the mob got close to me i would fear it(it will run up the dock with is pretty long so gives plenty of time to kill it) and cast another dot on it(envemoned bolt or asystol) and med while pet backstabbed the hell outta it. Very easy and very low risk here. I could keep my mana at a constant level without any problems. Not to metion I was there about 1 - 1 and a half hours.. got about a bub of XP(20% going to AA) 2 diamonds, 1 blue diamond, 3 sapphires, along with other various gems and jewelry) came out with over 1k easy. Just make sure you bring alot of weight reducin bags.. most of the wepoans they drop sell for 4p to vedors and can wiegh you down very quik.

At 56, I am attempting to simply do the whole level in Maiden's Eye. Just pull to the right of the zone from Dawnshroud Peaks (between the boulder and the hill). Grab a Goranga with Dark, on the way be to pull spot hit with a dot, at the pull spot cast fear (they turn towards the vamps and run along the zone line). Then while they run, sick pet, cast a bond drain DOT to get some HP, and then re-Dark them.

They will make it out, come back, cast fear one more time and Dark one more time. On a horse or dino, you will gain more mana than you loose in the fight. 2 mobs equals 1 percent exp.

Akheva Ruins and Acrylia Caverns are also both places that are good xp at 55. Loot is ok depending on what you do. AR has many tradeskill items for baking, the occassional centi weapon, and condensed shadow for fletching that i know of off hand. AC has Alot of acrylia and the Runes sell nicely to vendors. In both places the mobs can be feared and there are casters. I recommend having ST up and ready to rock. In both places the majority of the zone can be invised thru. There are a few mobs that can see invis just be wary. All in all its a nice break from the normal grind spots and good practice on mez/interupt skills.

Good luck if ya try it and per my usual philosophy get buffed before checking out a new place so you have a buffer while your getting your stroke down.

Also at 55 Chardok is a nice place to solo for XP there are rumors of an XP bonus there i am not sure. But you can effectively fear at ZO and ZI and FD pull from Guard House in between if no one is camping. repop time is long enough that there shouldnt be an issue.

Well I found a new spot for me and I hope it helps you out. I hunt in nadox. There is 2 zone ins I take the easy way and go into nadox A and levant across. Or you can go into Nadox B and run through the zone which 99% of it does not see invis. Unless you hit the undead area then of course you have to switch up on invises. Here is a list of mobs in the zone...

Thats the map. Lower portion of the map youll see it mapped with a huge lava pit. With whats apparently a zone out. That goes to the mines and its a great spot to fear kite. Coming in the non levant way which I refer to as Nadox B. And here is the map for it.....

You are gonna come out through the zone in on the Nadox map which is directly left of the huge square north of the lava field (known as the shrine/temple). The safest way is to invis and walk out into the room once you zone in. If you notice once ya walk into the room you have walked through a hidden wall. According to the map and not necissarily the actual directions via the game. Head straight north until you come across the first right hallway. Travel it following the map until you come to the tunnel running south until you reach the shrine. You will find stairs and a huge trap door above you. I have not figured out how to open it yet. But you want to be near the zone line. Low agro almost no assist. Easy darkness pulling. Pull, dot run to the boxes that are near the zone line. Then fear, dead before ya know it. Bind near the bank in loy because once ya get used to the route there. Its easy to sell to and from. Most items are magic and weigh 0.0 for as long as you dont loot the weapons. And they sell for anywhere near 10-40pp and the mobs drop 6-12pp a kill. If you get stuck and can not get into the shrine. Head north via the map and not game direction. There you will find tunnels and rooms of undead with named pops. But I can not say this enough.

DO NOT PULL IN THE HALLWAYS. They have low agro but they will assist if they are walking by each other. The hallways have patrollers all the way around. If you are doing my zone line options be sure not to run yourself dry on mana. Any bruiser can pop a named. And its a corpse instant pop not a ph. Hes no harder than the others. But if you arent ready hell pumel you.
