any good quests that take no faction?

i am a 20 necro gnome i only got 800pp i just made this char like a week ago any good quests? that take no factioning and it has to be easy i don't wanna start begging level 65s to kill a mob for me :)

its the most common one and is great for getting better CHA for selling stuff to merchants.

only ones i know that you cna do relativly easily :D
