Hello all, I am now 48 nearly 49 nec on eci and I was wondering when is a good time to drop z's heart as a primary for the regen and get something else? Also if to drop it what should I be looking for? Thanks alot

Look at the other stats on the Zheart. +20 INT is really nice. You should upgrade it when you get something better. However, should you drop your Regen V / + 20 INT item for a +25 INT item? I wouldn't.

Try to get something with INT, HPs, and mana. The Zheart will serve you will before then.

Good replacements for the zheart... Epic, Hammer of the Winds, Bloodruned Battle Wand, depending on your INT. If you're relying on that big primary hand item for int, epic is good. If you're going the hp route instead of INT, for mana, the Bloodruned is good. The focus effect on the Hammer and Wand is very handy for us, too.

The price, at least on The Nameless, has gone way, way up. A couple months ago, it would go for 20-25k, currently hovering around 50k.
