From everything I've read and heard, they do. I plan on playing one when I get back in game because of the Regen but primarily because they look COOL!

AA regen stacks with EVERYTHING. I am 100% certain about this. I have 3 high level iksar toons, all with Regen3, and I can unrefutably say that AA regen does stack.
Max Mana regen = Any INNATE + ANY SPELLS that show on buff bar + FT15 (inludes ANY worn effects, not just things that say "Flowing Thought")
Max HP regen = Any INNATE + ANY SPELLS that stack on the buff bar + 35 Total HP regen from items.

Regen items ADD to your regeneration. AA points are the same way. They do not take any away, only give more.
Dunno who told you this, but bonk 'em on the head next time you see 'em! :P

The added Regen cap is 30. Twice that of Flowing Thought.
However, that is ADDED regen. That's from Regen I, II, III, IV, and V items. Items with Regeneration (worn) I believe are excluded. Natural regen is excluded from this. Spells that help you regenerate are excluded.
Think of Regen as Flowing Thought. If it's got a number by it, add that up. The rest doesn't matter. You can have FT15, 25 medding, xx from Lich, xx from Beastlord Crack, etc. Same for regen. You can have Regen 30, natural 18, 5 from the Zheart, xx from a spell, xx from Beastlord crack, etc.
The added Regeneration bonus is 30, but there is not a cap for regen.

No, everything you said is WRONG. Sorry, try again.
The cap is 15 for ANY WORN effect that gives MANA...
The cap is 35 for ANY WORN effect that gives HEALTH
Effects that give BOTH count for BOTH seperately...the talisman of Vah Kerra (adds 8 mana/hp a tick) counts for BOTH the regen cap and the mana cap.
CAST effects stack as long as they show up on the buff bar, except for haste, the only stackin hastes are certain bard "overhaste" songs.
There are high-end items with clicky effects that add mana-regen, these stack with worn and other spells, as long as they all show up in the buff bar.
I even stated in my previous post that 35 was the cap...let me spell it in case someone didn't see it this time: THIRTY FIVE
Make a magelo, and slap all kinds of high end regen items on it, and you will notice that is will say "regen: innate 18/24, worn 49, total 53/59". The first number is standing, the second is sitting, the third is the TOTAL of all worn effects, but as you can see from the total, only innate+35 is shown.
