Focus items are not essential. but they make eqlife MUCH easier, and make your toon much more effective. there is one in particular that you can easily do with the aid of a friend or two. just check out the posted comments in allakhazam on this

you NEED burning affliction. it helps all of your dots, and you and i both know we are the king of dots. your usually only using 1-3 dots depending and with BA III or IV (for 60+) the damage increase is entirely too effective to pass up.

do a search for focus items. my next upgrade is a ceramic skull of decay, as soon as i see it for sale on solusek ro. 33% faster casting dots and ill just be mighty nasty. may also check out an obulous death shroud to make me rediculously mana efficient as well.

you have the means once your are about 52+ to efficiently harvest platinum solo to outfit yourself to become more effective. so look it up and go do it! NOW! =)

just get a RL or in game/guild friend to make an alt for you, and get a druid to come along for ports/heals/movement and your set.

Xveer thats rude as F%^&k dawg. Read the damn quest before ya become an arse about it. He said MQ. Multi Quest. According to the quest you have to kill the dude that drops the bracer as part of the quest. If you do the rest of the quest up to the point of killing and sell the rights to loot it if you do the turn in. It can be MQ'ed. I can not stand people that flame before they bother to look at the info. You are totally ignorant and out of line with your flame. You want to flame someone fine. But make sure you have damn good info to do it. Or it turns around and makes you look like a damn idiot. Which you have successfully done. If I sound harsh and rude my apologies since I play on an RP server and Im like that when I log off.

Hm. This would be really nice to have. Unfortunately, it requires minimum dubious for Coldain dwarves and both giant (kromrif/kromzek) factions, and I've long since trashed my giant faction. (Started hunting them at 29 in GD, and going back once in a while to improve dragon faction.)

Any idea if the giant mobs can be charmed or something so I can speak to them?

Being 56 and in a guild this should be easy for you. You just find the cave where Korf Brokenhammer is in the se mines. Camp your main lvl 56 necro unless your magelo needs updated. And then make a ogre or troll or halfling rallos zek warrior. Then get a druid friend from the guild or a shaman and take you to CC. And get the vial from there. Do all the turn ins. The key here is Korf Brokenhammer. You only have to kill him for the bracer. So do all the turn ins for it. Then camp back to your main. Kill Korf Brokenhammer and loot bracer. Rallos zek followers are amiable to giants automatically.
