I am looking for a complete guide to where to buy my spells, I am currently a lvl 15 iskar necromancer and am looking for all the help and tips i can get.

ALSO, since you are an IKSAR, you are special. Dragonchildren were the most hated race in all of norrath, and as such it was essential to make certain your home city has everything you need. and as such it does. In cabilis east? (west maybe ill edit when i get home) whereever the necromancer guild is, almost all spells avaiable are here. if you cannot find it in the main guild area, and it says its sold at a vendor, facing outward from the grandmaster and his little pool of blood (back to him) the building across the water channel to your left, straight in the bottom door there is a female iksar vendor who sells the rest of them.

i ran around looking for my spells until i realized that other vendor was right there. everything a necromancer needs is in that little building. if you cant find it in pok at the necromancer or shadownight vendors, go there.

also check the bazaar for player crafted research spells

Some spells are sold in the Cabilis SK and shaman guild as well. Theres also a handlful that are sold off a vendor in Echo Caverns called Horal Deathstalker or something like that, he will sell even to iksar. Finally there's one or two that are sold by a vendor in a little hut across from the monk guild in Cabilis east. Everything else is either research or dropped off MoBs.
