This item drops in Echo Caverns is magic and no drop, it drops off of Taskmaster Torkazh. It would seem that this might be a quest item but i have been unable to find any mention of a spoiler for it. Luclin being out for quite some time I would think a person would have found out about this quest. Now this mob also rarely drops Organs for the EB neck item quest in Katta. Maybe this could be connected in some way well if anyone has information on this item or a quest linked to it please post here.

lol i killed there from 46 till 51 on my monk and i got all 4 organs and have seen the helm you speek of although i dont know what it's for

Organs get turned in in Katta for the Amulet of the Grey waste. You need three. It's a necklace with a worn Enduring Breath effect. Necros need alot of faction work to do this quest, but if you're up for it it's decent for zones where DMF won't work like Kedge.
