ok so ive been kiting murkgliders in Nobles causeway racking 2 blue AA per kill at 57
im really here for the belt and the shield that drops rarely from murkgliders

but ive been here for 3 weeks and ended collecting every piece for the WoS ID5 cloak


now i hear i need faction to do turn in
i dont know the best way to get dranik loyalist faction

i have turned in two seeping murkglider fluids tho

any help would be great

The "best" way depends on the individual. The fastest way would be to get into a raiding party and clear DS for a couple hours. Personally I hunted locations where I could get loot and exp and gain faction at the same time, NC named camps are good for this where there's dragorns about. Factioning is a pain any way you go about it...

The belt and sheild don't just drop from murkgliders, it's a random drop on any mob in the zone, so you can hunt mobs in NC that give loyalist faction while still have that rare chance for the belt or sheild to drop. You'll gain faction faster in a group than solo.

i thought it just dropped from murks
this means i wont have to give up my camp to the group of reds that always come and take my ravine away from me :(
i usually end up dispelling /rooting there mobs till they leave tho
only way i can fight against a group of OOR'ers

or i have the leet <hate> necro despairr come and take care of them

i guess ill start killing other stuff in NC now

what gives loyalist faction? just the red dragons?

Killing the Dragrorn guards (prelates, elites, etc..) in NC will raise this faction. but killing Kyvs, nocs, and UKun in DS will also raise it and they go down quite a bit faster (you should still get some xp at your lvl too). you can also do the Murk fluid quest with Gorvoth? (not sure if that's exacly his name) in NC and you can give Kyv hearts to NPC that is outside Harbingers zone in in DS. Neither murk fluid nor the Kyv hearts seem to give any great faction boost.. but turn them in if you come across them anyway as they'll add up I'm sure. It's going to take you a loooong time to faction up so don't get discouraged. It will be worth it.

yah i figured it would take a while
i remember guk faction when i got the W/E illusion crown and the mobs droppped fast but it still took me a long time to get the faction
i regret even gettin we crown now :(
lich always puts me in a skellie illusion so i cant use it hardly unless im just BSing around

after im not suspended from EQ anymore ill go kill dragorns prolly in NC
since they have the chance to drop belt and shield as well

it sucks when someone runs their mouth to you and you talk back
only they type /report and say i was harassing them :(
