Im taking a poll to find out between the members on this site if they are willing to help AntiLight out with his comp problem? I want to state a couple things here so that people know.

1.) I wont collect the money for this, partially because of the trust issues people with have with this. And mostly because I dont even have a bank account.

2.) I would suggest that if this does happen a board moderator or site owner help us out with this by doing the collecting.

3.) I know not everyone has money. Im talking like maybe a dollar. I mean if worse comes to worse. I built a 1.2 ghz amd with an aopen mother board for less than $150. That would still be an upgrade.

4.) Im only asking. There are no details. No place to send money. Just scoping the idea out.

5.) Do you ever remember a time you couldnt play because of something your system crapped on you about?

6.) $5 from 20 users is $100. Hell of a great start for someone hurting as is.

7.) If you have family you damn well know what hes going through.

Ok with that pointed out. I just want to say, Im not asking for money. Im trying to figure out if people here would be willing to help him out with his little ordeal. And I absolutly will not collect this.

The reason for this poll can be found via:

A decent PC could be built for around $500 if you know where to get the parts the cheapest. The best site that I have found and order parts from is TigerDirect.com.

Hate to say this, but if tigerdirect is the best you've found, you're seriously overpaying.

Check out this site (http://www.coolerguys.com) and also this one (http://www.mwave.com).
I think you'll be surprised.

I appreciate the offer but it is better for me to take the suggestions from folks here and start monitoring some of the sites listed. Eventually I'll snag a deal and be back on.

Xavier just proves my point that this is a great board and not like others where asking the question I did would have gotten me more or less slammed. Again, the thought is great.

I'm patient and I think I should be able to have something within three months (been patient for 3 years, I think I'm getting use to it, hehe).

peaceout

Actually it was my wife who took advantage of me when I asked her to check my messages. I would have never posted anything about this. I would have just PM'ed you and offered to help. But that you for the compliment. And yes I would be more than willing to help and send ya whatever I got spare laying around the house. My wife is into that raising money for animals and people that need help thing. Me im a bit different. Id offer to help but I wouldnt ask it from other people. People in general should be kind enough in heart to want to help. Without someone asking for it. Those that dont. F%^&k um they apparently have no heart which suits them perfectly for a roleplaying necro LOL.
