Wand of Darkness

About a year ago, I got a PRIMARY / SECONDARY weapon called "Wand of Darkness"

Fairly decent item with instant cast click effect of Cascading Darkness.

I was wondering if this thing can be recharged. Anyone know?

Only thing to do is try to recharge it, with a toolbox and mana-battery not sure if 5 or 6 though. Won't cost that much to experiment with to find out. If it works let us know. BTW where did you get that at?

Is it droppable? I remember seeing the item can't think of stats and all but if manna batteries won't fix it and its not no drop can sell to a vendor and rebuy it less this was fixed while I had quit playing. Would definitly suggest that as last ditch effort though.

and make sure that vendor has next to nothing in his slots. the newb zones are good for finding vendors with not much on them anymore.

The trick with selling a fully charged to vendor, then the empty charged, and buying them back both fully charged; no longer works. They fixed it a couple months ago, and now the one with less than full charges will be in a different slot.
