Lvl 4-8

alright..I know I am not the highest lvl necro here, but I found a place to get to lvl 8 and get plenty of plat to get new spells, and maybe have some for the lvl 12 spells. I am a Gnome Necro, so..I started hunting in Steamfont. While I was in Ak'Anon I stopped by the Task feller and asked him what was going on. He told me that there was some trouble with Kobold and asked if I would help. Well....I though..Why not. So, I headed to the Grikbik Kobold camp just north of the PoK book (think I am right on direction). Proceeded to single pull these..most were yellow to red. They dont seem to help each other and no faction with them. I looted and picked up two items that really sell well. A grikbik fur (Tigerskin graphic) and a kobold fang. both stack, the fur sells for 8g each and the fangs sell for 4g each. My necro is 7 now (almost 8) and the kobolds are getting green, with some DB still there. but..good training area for pulling then sic'ing pet, and making tons of loot.

Save any of the "Steamfont Spring Water" that drop from those Kobolds as well. It is used in some transitional tailoring recipes and should sell decently in the bazaar (I can't remember what I would have paid for them, but probably in the neighborhood of 5-10pp each).

The taskmasters around Ak'Anon also take the spring water from ya. But, I will save what I can for future plat making.

It goes into Cultural Ribbon Dyes and as such is one of the few semi-reasonable paths through the 100s in Tailoring.

Before Cachet maxed on ribbons, I was checking the Bazaar three times a day and buying this (and the other dye drops) any/all I could find at <=30p each.

Now the new DoN Cultural combines make for a relatively easy skillup path, once you haev the damn tasks done, and can afford 50-100pp/combine on an item that A won't sell in baz below GM and B cannot be sold back to vendors.
