Where to hunt at lvl 16?

Ok, I am a complete newb and just hit 16. I can't even afford my new spells, so I'm hoping to sell stacks of measly bonechips to hopefully get my new pet spell. I have been lvling at Kurn's Tower near Cabalis. Everything is kind of easy there now and I need a place to go. I read up on the guides on castersrealm but they don't work for me because I am an IKSAR necro and get kos everywhere I go. Someone said Lake of Omen, is that any good?

Go to Paudal Caverns. You aren;t kos in shadow haven, you can train and bank and sell there.

Oh, and move up in to the tunnels and solo do not try and get in to a group there.
Most for the items you'll loot off the Feinds and spider looking praying mantasis things will sell for decent plat.

Leave Paudal around 25 and go to Merus Seru at 30ish move on to Dawn shroud...

LoIO is ok since you live there. I went to the easy side of the Over There. When you take the book from PoK, just hunt straight out from book. This should get you to 24 easily. Take some backpacks as the cockatrice beaks and sabertooth tiger teeth are sold at the vendor for about 1.5pp and the rhino horns can sell for amost 3pp if I remember right. Just beware of people pulling the golem. This pulls all of the dragoons also. You are pretty safe at the book unless this happens and if it does, just zone back to PoK :)
