Yo peeps, darklords, murderers, worshippers of the dead. I find that its easier to gather information on items and epics if you post in one spot about everything you can, really helps players out. So, for the sake of future epic gatherers post here your experiences with the quest and what you think its worth. I'll start one question anyway: Is the epic Primary or Secondary, or both?

Scythe is Primary. As for the quest itself, yes it is difficult, especially towards the end where you need the items from Plane of Sky (raid groups needed) and the slime blood of cazic thule (raid groups needed).

I have all items except for the black silk cape that drops from The Keeper of Souls, the boss on the 4th island in Plane of Sky (Air) and slime blood of cazic thule from Plane of Fear (drops off the guardians guarding the temple and also from Cazic Thule).

Other than doing the quest for self satisfaction and the fact that it has a clicky dot, there are other weapons that are far better than this.

Also, there is a walkthrough for the Epic under the Gear section, I believe. I'm not sure why you would put it in the Spellbook but if you are out to not duplicate information, you might want to head over that way.

I'm not actively trying to get my epic (in part because it would mean trashing my ally faction in Chardok), but I wouldn't turn it down if someone offered it to me. I may end up getting it just because I'm one of the few Necros in the guild and we raid some of these places for other epics anyway.
