Places to lvl at 34

I've been grouping since lvl 7, and I only solo every now and then, if I'm in the mood. I hit Paludal Caverns from 12 to 26, and I've been having lots of fun at Highkeep till now. I'll be moving my operations over to Steamfont to kill some gnome guards (They have the last Words I need for CoB and Invoke Shadow. Got the others at the Bazaar.), and I'm not entirely sure if I'll be soloing those are not, but it doesn't matter.

But the main point of this post is, where are good places for a necro to group at this level? Been doing LDoN, but it seems at this level that I can't get a group on a reliable basis. I heard Dawnshroud Peaks is good, but I was wondering what suggestions this board had.

Actually, it would be awesome to turn this into a list of places to group for all levels.

1-12: Newbie zone appropriate for race. Usually have to solo, but you might get a group.

12-20+: Paludal Caverns. You just zoom through the levels, and make some decent money, IMHO.

20-30+: Highkeep. A bit difficult to reach because of the damn halflings and HHP, but well worth it. I don't know what my faction would be at this point had I not spent some time killing guards too (Be funny to see an Ikky necro walking around without invis.).

The overthere used to be "the" spot for 30-40, DSP and MS seem to be where people go now, and possibly netherbian lair?

your getting into your prime soloing lvl's IMO. At 34 I was leaving Dalnir and was soloing Walruses and Ulthorks in EW. The walruses are amazing exp: they are located due south from stepping off the bridge from IC.

DSP is a good zone for "trying" to get a group but its kinda sparse in there at times. LDoN is probably your best bet for getting a group right now. What I would suggest is going out and working on your soloing while keeping yourself listed in the LFG window. You will eventualy get a group and some good soloing exp while at it. Here are some other nice places at that lvl for EXP primarily:

Dalnir (still great solo exp at 34)

Tower of Frozen Shadow (2nd best loot/exp zone for mid levels that no one goes to)

Crystal Caverns (best loot/exp zone upto lvl 49 that no one goes to) u can solo at 34 in here np. when u get closer to 40 move up to the Geo's and discover the glory and the goodness that is Crystal Caverns. /bows down

Hey Ahura, could you possibly give me a little info on either Crystal Caverns or the Tower of the Frozen Shadow, I'm a 32 necro looking for a good place to solo (Drawshoud Peaks are alright but if these places have exp bonus/loot...)

Particular places to solo, risk, dangers, rewards...? traveling?

I checked out the loot that Tower gives, and I must say I really love it. However, the traveling back and forth, not to mention those Dervishes that seem to agro like cockroaches, and many mobs makes it difficult to solo. Although, I might be doing it wrong. How do you go about soloing the place?

I have heard of Crystal Caverns, but I have also heard its very hard to get to. I don't think any place in EQ is actually impossible as long as you can avoid good and have SoW. But I have yet to venture here, working on spell skills. Made a new topic before I realized this one was open. Hope to go to EW or CC soon. Peace out.
