Death Peace??

So i just got CA3 yay me but anyway ...

I got death peace aa and it's great i love the fact that if somethign goes bad i pretty much have an instana fd with out waiting on spell gems .. but i've noticed that i've fallen to the ground way more then i ever did when i just casted the spell...

i mean when i casted the spell i can't really remember the last time it failed.. as of 2 weeks or so i have "fallen to the ground" about 3 or 4 times... didnt' know if anyone else has saw the same prob.?

Spells:

When i said FD, i was referring to the Level 16 Necromancer "Feign Death" spell. I wasn't referring to the other better Feign Death alternatives, like Comatose, which has a 10% average random fail rate, or the level 60 spell "Death Peace", which has an average random fail rate of 5%, or the Death Peace AA, of which i don't know the fail rate.

AA:

And it's more like a 2% failure rate. At least over a sample of 300 casts it was consistently 2%. No idea if that is <= Death Peace spell...people may have been guessing at 5% for the spell.

And so much more.

Long way of saying, I *think* it's just the Random Number Generator.

I would have to agree with Felicite, it's gotta be the Random Number Generator. I've had the Death Peace AA for about two weeks and it hasn't failed yet.

its not really random,

it just fails if you need it most badly. like every escape spell does B)

The RNG is streaky. Very very streaky. For long long discussions and an unbelievable volume of posts questioning the streakiness of the RNG, proclaiming the streakiness of the RNG, expounding the streakiness of the RNG and hating the streakiness of the RNG try Eqtraders :D Its probably just the RNG.

I'm still a fan of "falling over" at my bind point... But I laugh even harder when I see wizards/druids hit their bind point, naked.. then evac. ;)
