So the other day a friend of mine wanted to take his monk down to the mines and camp that named that drops the summon fangs and it hought hey thats a good ideal :) i can charm a pet that kicks ass .. and slow and what not... so i get down there thigns are going ok for a sec i forgot to snare and almost got our asses owned LOL.... nothing like 30 light blue skellys to interrupt damn fd :)

anwyay i went back killed the first few then got a charm pet up .. went to snare one and the whole damn place came .. i thought there was a guide on here some where for that camp didn'tk now if someone know of one and a relistic way of doing this camp or i just need to slow down and take my time not charm a pet and all that jazz thanks in advance guys

Easiest way to do this would be to have someone along with you that could IVU the Monk. Cast IVU, go to the campsite, kill named. When I was there, there were 2 static spawns that looked like they were far enough away to not add, but they added, so I FD'd, cleared a wanderer just past them, root-rotted them and then killed the named and gated.

I didn't really need the pouch, but i just did this to prove i could to a paladin who thought he could handle this camp and got me and a cleric friend killed. Some things really are easier solo and not grouped and this is one of them imho.

It can be tough here, cause there are sometimes, in some parts of the tunnels, more roamers than static spawns, and they re-pop very fast, and they'll add on anything at any level...you can't depending on them not adding cause they are lt-blue or green. If you kill to campsite it's very easy to die without a good group.

thinkin a little more about it, I don't have undead mez(either the 63 spell or the aa). Undead mez would make this camp pretty easy if you and the monk can both IVU somehow to the camp.

Mez static spawns and wanderers; shackle named, monk kills and loots named, once you are sure he looted the pouch you gate, monk dies from adds, summon his corpse in Guild Lobby and get the cleric that IVU"d him to 96% rez him. Voila! Monk gets his pouch with only a 4% exp loss in level. I'd say it's worth it for an infinite supply of throwing barbs for the monk for pulling.

Heh, its easy to forget considering the very few spells we get we can cast on others.

It's the opposite for me. I'm so used to not having to target someone to cast beneficial spells... those that require a target stand out in my mind as objects of annoyance, especially on raids. Makes me glad I don't play a buff class. ^_^

IVU to the camp (3 mobs)
Slow the first mob (other 2 come)
AE mez them (AA)
Slow them all
Pet pwn the first one, snare
Repeat on the other 2
Camp broke, period...oh and the summon bag NEVER EVER drops =(

very true... spent 25+ hours helping a buddy and never saw it

I've seen it drop once, a little over a year ago. Since then I've helped, Innoruuk knows, how many people camp that thing and it never drops.
