If you have 30k+ (A Ro prices last I saw) to throw down pick up a Z heart for the extra 5 HP every tick. Help off set the downside of conversions. Being kinda new to necros that's about all I have.

I use a regal staff of the court mortician in my primary. Has a lower regen then the Zheart, but dosent offset charisma, and you can find them for about 9k. Hand of Ro is good, cheap int gear if you want to upgrade.
