Ok, so I've been scouring a few sites looking for info on precisely what percent of movement rate increase you get with run3, run4 and run5.

If it's here on this site already, then please give ol' shortbus refugee here a leg up and a link... 'cuz I gots no clue.

10% per rank I do believe. However let me do some searching to verify it.

Also I know a lot of people love this AA, but IMO you really ought to look at where you are leveling, aka indoors or outdoors. If outdoors, sow potions are dirt cheap, and it may allow you to focus on getting some other AAs first. I am limited in my playtime atm, so I hunt in Vxed exclusively and before that HoH and NC. So I choose to go after some other AAs first b/c the sow potions were a very viable alternative for em over run5. YMMV Good luck

BTW, will the Run AAs increase your walk speed also?

Forgive me if it is a dumb question, just really curious about it.

Yes they do.. I used to have sultry walk before AA.

OK, and even being serious, sometimes it's hard to step right where you want to went your slowest speed is zooom.

Felicite, I appreciate the answer. I have a thought that if you are walking when against a mob that casts fear (dragons and such) maybe you wont go running to the furthest reaches of the zone and bring the wrath of whatever mobs you happen to come across down on you, that just maybe fear will wear off before you get too near other mobs.

I have been up against AoE Fear casters on raids before (cant remember if I had run up or walk up) but, it seemed that you would go at the speed you had selected. Please correct me if I am wrong on this (Note: I said correct, not Flame :blink: )

Afaik that used to be the case but it got changed. So unless you snare yourself you start running when feared.

They changed it back so that run speed when feared is at a constant rate again. Unless they changed it again...
Run Speed AA's do increase your walk rate as well as your run rate.
Side stepping speed is unaffected by the movement speed changes. So if you're snared, side stepping can provide a huge boost to your movement.
When running naked drunk gnome races (without levitate) from High Keep through the East Karana's, side stepping is a "nice" feature.

Run Speed Bonus:

1-5% - Intoxication 1 (L1-L8 )
3-8% - Intoxication 2 (L1-L10)
5-10% - Intoxication 3 (L1-L10)
8-12% - Intoxication 4 (L1-L8 )
10% - Run 1 AA
10-15% - Intoxication 5 (L1-L10)
15-18% - Intoxication 6 (L1-L6)
20% - Run 2 AA

Mobs run speed depends on the mob. Some mobs are naturally faster/slower than others. You should be able to outrun most mobs pre-GoD that are your level with run speed 1 AA.

Fleet of Foot AA for bards (there are 2 levels of this AA) allows the bard (not the members of the bards group, as it's currently STILL broken) to exceed the run speed cap of 158%. The run speed caps for bards are:
No Fleet of Foot AA: 158%
Fleet of Foot 1 AA: 167.5%
Fleet of Foot 2 AA: 174%
