I get so frustrated by LDoN traps. The fails I have had have been from traps more than from mobs.

Invariably someone sets off a chest trying to be a ninja and you find him dead. Or you have someone set off a poison and then your people with Cure Poison forget they have the spell and we all hold hands and die..

Come on people. Learn your toons... :angry:

I do know that a good necro shoudl make sure everyone has a deisease resist on when buffing. No reason to suck up a disease needlessly..

Traps are why they invented gnomes! Let them go "check'em." Sometimes I'll be running through and get a You have resisted the Dark Infection message, I've noticed that you get a little warning, the room is filling with gas(type thing)...That might be a good sign you need to leave the room. As far as chests etc..I don't bother with them at all. If people are so inclined, you have 30mins after you win to go do whatever, I'll be at the camp afk getting more coffee to deal with the boredom that is ldon.

Yeah, I'm one of the run in run out types for LDoN. I am a few things; broke, impacient, and short on N Ro camp points.

This is how it usually goes
30-60 mins getting solid group
(oddly one of the best tanks I've had is a 54 rng who has more HP than at least one 56 pally I know)
1-15 getting crawl
(slaughter or collection only, no maps yet)
5-20 buffing taking care of RL stuff
(grab a snack, let the dog out, bio, etc)
40-90 doing crawl
(KILL)
10-15 selling/spliting/rolling
(counts his plat, I need to do this step more often)
Grab asprin
(pallies who have PoJ trials ONLY up at 11pm est cause a need for them)
repeat
(why do I do this to myself? *looks at +10 int aug* oh yeah, that's why)
