Hi all not to sound like a noob(well i am one :D) but where is VEKSAR. Is it short for something. I cant find it on eqatlas or allakhazzams . thanks.

Veksar is actually IN (literally) the Lake of Ill Omen.
You must swim down to bottom and past aqua goblins to enter it. You do not need enduring breath while inside Veksar however.
