more important...regen2 or BA3?

What do you guys think would make a better robe...robe of abrogation with regen2 or robe of misery with burning affliction3? i am currently only level 27 but moving up quick. i dont have any other BA3 items or regen items, but will get my zheart tomorrow. here are the links:

personally I would take the BA3.....you can tap back the HP pretty easy, but free DPS is a beautiful thing

well if you're gonna go for the coldain military wrist guard for BA 3 then do that and take the regen of the abrogation

I have both robes, made one, traded for the other and I also have my Rotting Robe for mana free summoning........

.....go wth the BA3, the added damage far out weighs the regen IMHO.

If you can, in a few more levels, get a Dusty Girdle of Reformed Sand (ID4). I found one in the Baz for 3-4k but have seen them as high as 25k. ID 4 combined with BA3 below level 60 makes for some nice damage output. My 600 pt nukes come in as high as 720 which is a nice mana/damage ratio boost.

There was a time when playing a Necro meant you had to solo because no one wanted to group with ya'.......With my mana pool, damage ratio and no-fear attitude, I almost never throw up a /LFG flag anymore.....most times I have offers to group as soon as I logon.

BTW.....The Robe of Misery has a real nice graphic.

No question I have the Zheart and a BA3 you want the BA3 over regen, Im iksar though and with call of bones sitting down i loose about %1 health over 2 ticks, thats just with Zheart.

I have a question of my own about this regen deal, I have always assumed that regen doesnt stack of the same type, like haste. But you all are talking like it does. I know that a regen song or spell stacks with items, but do items such as fungi tunic and say regen rings?

I'm not sure what lvl you are (I'm guessing below 60 if your wondering about focus 3 items), but BA3 adds about 9 more damage per tick with bond of death, meaning you're healed for about 9 more a tick. This isn't even counting the other bonuses, mmmmm envenomed bolt >:)
