Some spell vendors

Has anyone been back in Cablis? and noticed the spell vendors are missing? did they move? anyone know where they are now? I usually go there for my shielding spell, I think I found it else where but was floored that they were no longer there. There is on spell vendor I found by the necro guild, but it was all high lvl spells. Any one know what happened to them? any other towns like this?

I went in there I didn't see them......are they on the top lvl? I'll look again. do they have the same names?
