Fast xp from 24 to 30 are needlites in Echo Caverns (SoL expansion).
How to get there: First off, there are 2 ways to enter Echo Caverns, both from Shadowhaven, if you use the teleport from nexus you arrive in SH on the pad. Make a turn and look around, run to the doors turn left and its the first door on the right (by soulbinder if im not mistaken) Enter and find the illusion walls to the left. Run through and you will come into a cave (You guessed it, Echo Caverns)
Inside the caverns (always a good idea to be invis) run left and keep going, you will come to a set of double doors. Through the door, past the boglings and take the first right, and then a right again. This will lead you into a bigger cave, Needlite cave. (don't get too close to the otcopuss's in the floor and sieling of the caves, they root you.)
Setup: Once in the cave turn left at go to the corner, its safe to summon pet there and buff up. Heres the trick, you need your damage shield spell (Banshee Aura lvl 16, need a pearl as component to cast, which is NOT used up). Buff your pet, DS on yourself and pull a needlite with darkness line of spells. They hit so very fast and not too hard, they will kill themselves quick on your DS. If you get too low healt pull back and Lifetap. And repeat. Most of the needlites are single pullable, only the 2 back ones are not, but you should be able to kill both at the same time, but try it out. Have Feign Death ready ;)
Besides giving good xp to lvl 30 or so (you can pull boglings while you wait for respawns, due to long spawn time) it also makes your defence go up very fast.
WARNING: Yeah there had to be a catch right? Well not as much a warning just some info. There is a Needlite Queen that can also spawn in that caves, its higher lvl but can just as easily be killed as the normal ones. Was red to med first time i killed it. Can drop some pp items, and the needlites drop some pp items too.
