I just recently Started a necro and have gotten him up to level 58, i've maxed out Run, but those 3 are the only ones i have. What levels should i start working on them? Is it better to get to 65+ then start to bang them out, or do them now but battle threw not being able to group with your guildees.

well, this question was discussed here perhaps 1000 times.
didnt you find these threads?
ok, then..
you may consider to do run3 regen 3 just to get scm3. now stop AA and lvl up to 70.
perhaps you like to do also 9th spell slot and DP AA on your way. some guys would say to do also som crit dots.
AA do just make sense, if they help you significantly to level faster.
but thats it!
LVL >>> AA. and on lvl 70 grinding AA is much easier. so go level and dont think too much about AA.

what usul said... AAs will come faster at L70... but if you wanna AA a bit just for a change of pace, or if most of your buddies tend to be 60-65, L65 is probably the second best level to do some AAing at since there are lots of spots (HoH, murks, etc.) with L62ish mobs... you AA best fighting mobs within 4 levels of your own

As a 59 necro, I'm doing some AAs now. I got Run3 and Regen3 as my Generals. Then I did SCM1, Mnemonic Retention (9th spell slot) and am going to do SCM2 at least plus a few more. Probably Natural Durability, DP, maybe Innate IVU, etc.
I'm in no rush to the higher levels and have no qualms with grinding out AAs in ~L60 zones, adventures, missions, etc.
/agree Usul
That is the most efficient way ... but, do whatever makes the game more fun imo.

In a lame attempt to show you that there are no absolutes.. if you wanted to group with me nightly you need to get 63 to slip into our usual instanced missions without changing the average level below 68 (based on today's usual group makeups).
So.. 63 is a minimum point to start AAing. *winks*
I would say 70. Between the spells and the gear.. 70.

I stopped at 64 and did some AA's. I was broke at the time and couldn't get GRW's so I didn't have 65 spells. Then I made some money and dinged 65. They upped the cap on levels and I dinged 66 to get Death Peace AA and a whole slew of others. Once I got some OoW Ruens for spells, I would then ding the appropriate level. I stayed at 68 pretty much until DoDh came out. Now I have some DoN crystals (required 70 gear to buy) and some new aa's and spells to get so I'm 2 yellows away from 70.
Vxed is an AA flow that dies off past 68, but then you have the Nest and Creator missions, and now possibly the hive.
It all depends on your style and willingness. I was denied a kite group in the nest at lvl 68 once because they didn't want to bring the avg level of the task down to 69 (They only had 3 people). Turns out they sent me an invite 20 minutes later when their druid kept going oom and they had to take med breaks :P but that isn't always the case.
So if you solo alot and you think some of the AA's are really going to make your life easier then get the ones for that level requirement and move on. If you get lonely and like groups, you might want to only pause and aa for the necessary ones like extra spell slot and death peace. If obtaining spells is not an issue then you really have no excuse not to burn through the levels rather than aa.

Echoing what others have said:
If you feel like you want to aa do these:
run3
regen3
scm3 (maybe, I did and i wouldn't change it)
extra spell slot
death peace aa (at ding of 66)
I stopped at 65 and ground out about 40ish aa's there... it was a good break and was fun to get some of the aas... but really the higher the level the easier they come so unless their is some reason keeping you at a lower level, then just get some essentials and move on up the levels.

You can always get a few AAs (the ones listed in this thread a few times) and then go say 80% xp and 20% AA or something like that. Makes it all feel slower, but the AAs feel like a bonus when you get them and you can pick up a few along the way without stopping to AA specifically.
