Flowing Thought, does it matter?

Ok I have a question about Flowing Thought. The highest I've seen is FT V, and all the way down to FT I. For each number it gives one mana per tick EX:

FT I: 1mana per tick
FT II: 2 mana per tick
FT III: 3 mana per tick
and so on...

Anyway, does flowing thought make enough of a difference to pay 100k for an item that gives FT 3? I mean its only 3 more mana, or 30 mana a minute or 150 every five minutes of down time. Thats just one spell, but one spell has many times saved my life. I dunno, my down time is usually just a little over 5 min. Those who have experienced FT tell me what ya think.

The boots from The lost temple of Cazic Thule, imo aren't worth 100k... if those are indeed what your talking about. Maybe if you were a cleric or wizard, but you already have great mana regen.

Join the sw necrotalk channel xariann, someone should be able to help you there. IMO FT is good, but not at the expense of alot of hps/resists.

I think hes talkin about the "boots of flowing slime" ft 3 piece. and they do drop in the cazic thule, not worth the pp for a necro.... stats on em suck, other than the ft 3.. I have a pair on my cleric, and they do make a difference at least for him, but for a necro, you ll never probably notice ft1-3, until of course maybe 10 or so. But by then, you would be in an uber dkp guild and gettin all kinds of loots that include ft along with nice stats, so that doesnt much matter at that point does it :)

Well, sounds like I thought it would. Lucky I came here and asked before I went and paid 100k for slippers that I didnt need. Other things are no drop, after I get to about 45 I'm gonna start going on raids with my guild again, get some majore stuff.

I was contemplating those boots, but dont want to remove the ones I have.

I do however hope I can get another Ornate Bracer, would bring me up to Ft5.
Unless I get lucky and win one, they are in Bazar for 80k on E MArr :(

The boots of flowing slime are 100k on the nameless. They are not worth even close to that imo. Other than the FT3 on them I wouldn't have them on a noob char. The stats on them are incredibly bad considering where you get the boots. You would expect something more out of them. Imo they are worth about 20-30k at best and 10-20k bottom end. Considering you can get drakkel wolf claws which have much better stats, and have a mana sieve proc (which is the equiv of like ft6 if you proc it) and they go for under 10k... I find that those asking 100k are incredible.
